Payments include any upfront setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. The upfront setup fee will be waived when a valid promo code is applied at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize automatic monthly billing to your provided payment method. If a payment is late, you will have 3 days to complete the payment before your website is taken down.
A minimum 12-month commitment applies. Cancellation is completely free at any time with written notice — no cancellation fees apply.
The Service Provider retains ownership of the website and related assets. Clients are granted access and usage rights while the subscription remains active.
No guarantees are made regarding website performance, search rankings, or business results.
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, traffic, or data.
